Neil Patrick Harris looked his usual smiling self as he attended last night (February 19) the World Premiere Of Cirque Du Soleil’s Viva ELVIS in Las Vegas. With Neil at the reception there were his partner David Burtka and many others stars such as Justin Long, Jeff Probst and Jonathon Longo.
